I’ve hired Will for a number of bathroom and kitchen jobs over many years and I’ve always been 100% happy with his work. He and his colleagues have always worked flexibly and for longer hours to fit me in when I’ve had a “disaster” like a leak or a shower completely packed up when guests are in my flat. That is a lifesaving service! When other plumbers have suggested expensive/wasteful approaches like replacing an entire shower unit, Will has taken the time to investigate matters properly and identified a cheaper/better solution, such as replacing a component within the shower unit. Also Will has a wide variety of skills so instead of speaking to a separate person to tackle a plumbing job, an electrical job and a decorating/tiling job, Will can do all of these. I find this invaluable as is saves a massive amount of time on finding and communicating with tradesmen. Because of these experiences, I always go to Will when I have any plumbing, kitchen or bathroom jobs and I recommend him to anyone looking to get work done.

We had a leak around our bath that required repair. Will came to look at it for us and, rather than just replace the sealant he actually identified the cause of problem. He made a new frame to support the bath and replaced the silicone. We were very impressed by his quality of work. He kindly fitted us in his busy schedule pre Christmas, kept in touch with us if he couldn't make it on a day. We would use him again and recommend him to others.
